Choral Temple

The Choral Temple was built in 1855, and completed in 1858. It is probably the most active synagogues in Bucharest( not at the moment due to restoration ). Anyways the Temple was thrashed by the Iron Guard fascists most likely during the Bucharest Pogrom. However the synagogue was restored after 1945.

Unfortunately I could not visit the inside of the synagogue due to restoration, but I was able to see its beauty from the front. It is located in the Jewish Quarter of Bucharest and it is one of the last remaining synagogues that still function in Bucharest.
